Singer Jessica Sanchez, who was named the winner of *America's Got Talent *less than a month ago, has welcomed her daughter with husband Rickie Gallardo.

"She's here. On October 13, 2025, I gave birth to our beautiful baby girl, Eliana Mae Gallardo — 6 lbs., 12 oz. and 20.5 inches of pure love," Sanchez told PEOPLE. "The moment I held her, everything around me just stopped. It's the kind of love you can't explain — that fills every part of you all at once."

Several times during the season, Sanchez spoke about feeling like her unborn baby was performing with her.

When she made her first appearance this season, she explained to the judges that she had actually been part of the very first season of *AGT*, when she was 10. Then, she had been eliminated in the semifinals. But the experience inspired her to become a professional singer.

All season, Sanchez had been a favorite of the judges, even winning Sofia Vergara's Golden Buzzer for her emotional take on "Beautiful Things" by Benson Boone during the Blind Auditions.

In September, during the quarterfinals, she memorably dedicated her take on Alex Warren's "Ordinary" to her daughter. Sanchez received rave reviews.

"That was amazing!" Vergara said. "I know that you have felt that you've been struggling because of the belly and the breathing and your voice doesn't feel the same, but that was spectacular."

Sanchez noted that she had "packed multiple bags just in case I have my baby early," and that the moment was made "even more special because I've got my baby girl with me."

In her new interview, she said that her first few days as a mom have been "emotional, sleepless, beautiful...everything I dreamed of and more. We chose the name Eliana because it means 'God has answered,' and that's exactly how she feels. Our answered prayer, our reminder of grace and purpose."

She added, "I'm healing, learning and soaking in every second with her. My heart has never been this full."**
