Aside from Brown's hamstring making headlines, a recent social media post has also been making the rounds. In the post that originally appeared on Instagram, Brown hints at how he's being used, but not being used, seemingly expressing his frustration with the offense.

Brown has been unhappy with the flow of Philly's offense and his lack of involvement within it at times. He voiced his opinion last season and again earlier this season on the production or lack thereof in the passing game. It was also reported that an alleged exclusive meeting took place between Brown, Jalen Hurts, and Saquon Barkley. Brown later stated he didn't recall the trio having an actual player-only meeting.

The three-time Pro Bowl wideout's numbers speak volumes to his frustration this season. Through seven games, Brown has 29 receptions for 395 yards and 3 touchdowns, while averaging a career low, 13.6 yards per reception. Brown is also averaging a career low of 56.4 yards per game.

Brown's second 100-yard receiving game of the season came last week in the Eagles' win over the Vikings. He had 4 catches for 121 yards and 2 touchdowns. However, that has not been the norm this year, which explains Brown's seeming frustration. The Eagles started the season winning four consecutive games, but are just 1-2 in the last three.

In four of his seven games this season, Brown has 43 or fewer receiving yards, which is highlighted by Week 1 against Dallas, where he had just 1 catch for 8 yards. Week 4 against Tampa Bay wasn't much better as Brown had 2 receptions for 7 yards.

If Brown is good to go for Week 8, he'll have the opportunity to continue what he did last week against the NY Giants on Sunday. Philly lost to the Giants two weeks ago in New York, 34-17. Brown had 6 catches for 80 yards in that game.

Philly and New York play their second game of the season on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. ET at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.
