Dybantsa delivers in debut Story by Story by Farman Hasanov promises 'good show' at UFC Vegas 123 after 17-takedown debut win Mike Bohn and Ken Hathaway, MMA Junkie Thu, October 29, 2026 at 3:20 PM UTC · 1 min read About Our Ads Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement LAS VEGAS – Farman Hasanov thinks fans will be entertained by what he has to offer at UFC Fight Night 292 .
Hasanov (5-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) made his octagon debut in June with a unanimous decision win over Eric Nolan, where he scored 17 takedowns and registered more than 11 minutes of control time. It was dominant, but arguably not the most thrilling.
He got his hand raised, though, and it meant valuable experience for the 31-year-old. He returns for his sophomore UFC appearance on Saturday when he takes on Jean-Paul Lebosnoyani (11-2 MMA, 2-0 UFC) in a welterweight bout at Meta APEX ( Paramount+ ).
"My reaction about the fight was I love challenges, always," Hasanov told MMA Junkie and other reporters at Wednesday's media day. "The opponent is a good opponent, he has a good jiu-jitsu background, some striking. He's good. I'm ready for that. I had a hard camp, so I'm feeling great. I love that, and it's going to be a good show."
Although Hasanov has the undefeated record, there's a little more fan hype around Lebosnoyani going into the matchup. There's opportunity in that, though, and Hasanov intends to take advantage.
"I don't look if he has big fans or just a few fans," Hasanov said. "I believe in my hard work, but it is good that UFC gave me a good opponent, a tough opponent. It is good. If you want to be the best, you've got to win against good guys.
"I'm going to win. My prediction is simple. … It can be everything on Saturday night."
